Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, special occasions), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Ireland:
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): €2.50
- Express Delivery (1-2 business days): €4.95
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over €35
International Shipping:
- Europe (5-10 business days): €7.95
- Worldwide (7-15 business days): €10.95
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on our shipping partner's website.
Delivery
Your photo magnets will arrive in our luxury packaging - elegant black/ brown boxe with velvet pouches. No signature is required for standard deliveries, but we recommend being available to receive your precious memories safely.

Return Policy
14-Day Return Window: You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange under below circumstances only:
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging (black gift box and velvet pouch) must be included
- Custom photo magnets can only be returned if there's a printing defect or damage
Quality Issues
If your photo magnets arrive damaged or with printing defects, we'll replace them free of charge. Please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email us at info@magstickstudio.com with your order number
- Return Authorization: We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label
- Package Safely: Pack items in original packaging to prevent damage
- Ship Back: Use the prepaid label we provide
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned items, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we'll send your replacement items as soon as we receive your return. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or send a payment request.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately. We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and send replacements if needed.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors and your building management. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with our shipping partner.
