At Magstick Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unused products in original packaging
- Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
- Items that were incorrectly shipped
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital products or downloads
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Return an Item

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we provide a prepaid label.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
